With great love and respect for Alex - we have given him the nickname of Waldo because we keep losing him... from the first flight leaving America to everyday since.
Alex had the blessing of going to one of the refugees home yesterday for a bible study. David and Alex headed out to the young man's place for a bible study, but what they ran in to was a man who was very much depressed and needing a friend to talk too. This young man is fearful of being deported and emotionally tired of not having any thing to do. Each day his fears grow strong and each day he loses a little more hope... what a blessing the Oasis is to send one of their missionaries on a regular basis to check in with this young man to remind him to have faith! Please pray for David as he is the one who does the bible study with this young man, and please pray for the you man to find peace in his current situation and to lift his fears to God!
