Dear FBCG team, would you mind doing a couple of work projects while you are here for 2 weeks? Well that is what the email said originally, but i don't think the Oasis team thought we would go this far with work projects!
3 rooms have been painted
downstairs kitchen cabinets scrubbed
downstairs kitchen cabinets scrubbed
the trim around the cabinets taken off
orange stripe painted out side
oh! and yes, we ripped their kitchen a part too! Yes, you read that right.
The Oasis was blessed with a donated kitchen so they asked us if we could help them to get the kitchen, but I don't think they imagined us putting in the kitchen?!? or maybe they did :-)
At least we know God had it planned, because after two days of working on the kitchen it has been AWESOME to see the skills that God gave Alex and Tom in full action.
Prayer request... it is important that we get the kitchen completed before we leave, so please pray that everything goes smoothly and that all the items we need to purchase are in stock. Time is not on our side, so everything needs to run smoothly.
