So the title of this post is an inside joke for the 2009 Austria team - so I apologize, but I just couldn't resist. Actually today we were blessed with the awesome opportunity to do a prayer walk around the camp. Julie asked us to split up in to 3 groups and go different directions, but we all had the same mission - to pray, praise and give thanks to God as we walked.
Our prayers were for the refugees... the men, women and kids, for the police and the goverment who oversee the camp, for the Oasis team (their individual needs), for the ministries they run, for our team and for our families, for those people in the world who look down or are fearful of refugees, and for the future of those that come after us.
We sang, we praised, we prayed, we had tears... and we ask now that each of you join us in continuing to pray for all the refugees in the world! Please pray for those that have given their life to boldly proclaim the truth! Please pray for those who know the truth, but are fearful of being persecuted if they share the truth.
